Define Objectives

Together, we document the goals for your coaching engagement.

Establish Baseline

Every engagement begins with an assessment of leadership skills. Psychometric or 360 reviews can be added for more focus.

Weekly Sessions

One hour each week, confidential, and tied directly to your current work.

Commitment

Minimum three-month engagement, with refreshed objectives each quarter.

Evaluation

Every three months, you evaluate your coach, and progress is reviewed.
